1. Platform Nature & Role

Doniqo is a technology facilitation platform that enables users to contribute towards causes, campaigns, and requirements raised by non-governmental organizations (“NGOs”) and beneficiaries.
Doniqo acts solely as an intermediary
Doniqo does not own, control, or directly execute campaigns unless explicitly stated
Doniqo is not a party to any transaction between donors and NGOs

2. No Agency / Partnership

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create:
Any partnership, Agency relationship, Joint venture between Doniqo and any NGO, beneficiary, or user.
All NGOs operate independently and are solely responsible for their actions.

3. User Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older, or using under parental supervision
You provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Nature of Contributions

All contributions made via Doniqo are:
Voluntary and generally non-refundable (except in limited cases)
Intended to support campaigns, products, or services
Contributions may be directed towards:
Specific items (e.g., educational materials, essential supplies)
Campaign-based requirements

5. Pricing & Cost Structure

Displayed contribution amounts (e.g., “supports 1 unit” or similar campaign representations) reflect an all-inclusive contribution value, which may include:
Cost of goods or services
Procurement and sourcing expenses
Packaging, logistics, and distribution
Platform operations and administrative costs
Service fees or margin earned by Doniqo
Doniqo does not represent or guarantee that the entire contribution amount is solely the direct cost of the item or service.

6. Platform Revenue

Doniqo may earn:
Service fees, Margins, Commissions
These may be included within the displayed contribution amount and are not necessarily disclosed separately unless required by applicable law.

7. Payment Flow & Platform Fees

The Platform enables users to contribute towards campaigns via third-party payment gateways.
Funds intended as donations are transferred directly to the bank account of the respective NGO, as per the payment structure implemented on the Platform
Any platform fee, tip, or voluntary contribution is retained by Doniqo as consideration for providing platform services
Doniqo does not hold or control donation funds except to the extent required for facilitating the transaction.

8. Payment Terms

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
Doniqo does not store sensitive financial data (e.g., full card details)
Users agree to the terms of the respective payment providers

9. NGO Verification & Disclaimer

Doniqo may undertake basic due diligence and verification of NGOs prior to onboarding. However:
Such verification is limited in scope and does not constitute a guarantee of authenticity or compliance
Doniqo does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of campaign information
Doniqo does not guarantee the utilization of funds or materials by NGOs
Donors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence

10. Content Accuracy

All campaign content, including images, descriptions, and representations, may be provided by NGOs or third parties.
Doniqo does not independently verify all such content and shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions.

11. No Guarantee of Outcome

Doniqo does not guarantee:
Exact delivery timelines, Exact usage of donated resources, Completion of campaign objectives

12. Tax & Regulatory Disclaimer

Doniqo does not guarantee tax benefits
Any tax exemption (including under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961) depends on the respective NGO
Donors are responsible for verifying eligibility

13. No Financial or Tax Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.
Users are advised to consult their own advisors before making contribution decisions.

14. Refund Policy

All contributions are non-refundable, except in limited cases such as:
Duplicate transactions
Technical or payment errors
Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of Doniqo.

15. Campaign Cancellation or Modification

In the event a campaign is cancelled, modified, or unable to be executed, Doniqo reserves the right to:
Redirect the contribution to a similar cause, or
Coordinate with the respective NGO for appropriate utilization
No refunds shall be guaranteed in such cases unless deemed necessary at Doniqo’s sole discretion.

16. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

Doniqo reserves the right to:
Investigate suspicious activity
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove campaigns
Report unlawful activities to relevant authorities

17. User Conduct

Users agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
Violate applicable laws
Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

18. Consent to Communication

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from Doniqo, including:
Emails,SMS, WhatsApp messages
These may include transactional updates and promotional content. Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

19. Content Rights & Usage

By participating in campaigns, NGOs and users grant Doniqo:
The right to use images, videos, and content
For marketing, reporting, and promotional purposes

20. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include third-party services and links.
Doniqo is not responsible for:
Third-party content, Privacy practices, Service failures

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
Doniqo shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Misuse of funds or materials by NGOs
Errors or omissions in campaign information
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

22. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doniqo from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms

23. Force Majeure

Doniqo shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters, Government actions or restrictions, Logistics disruptions
Technical failures

24. Intellectual Property

All content, including:
Logos, Design, Text
is owned by Doniqo and protected under applicable laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

25. Termination

Doniqo reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate access, Remove content
without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in:
Mumbai, Maharashtra

27. Privacy
