1. About Doniqo

Doniqo is an online retail seller of printed copies of the Holy Quran.

Doniqo is not an NGO, Trust, charitable organization, religious institution, or fundraising organization.

Customers purchase printed copies of the Holy Quran from Doniqo through the website. Doniqo subsequently arranges fulfilment of the purchased Quran copies in accordance with the applicable order and project details.

2. Quran Gift

The product offered by Doniqo may be described as a “Quran Gift.”

When you place an order, you are purchasing a printed copy or copies of the Holy Quran from Doniqo. Following the purchase, Doniqo arranges fulfilment of the purchased Quran copies to a Masjid or Madarsa from its scheduled project list or to another designated receiving institution.

The transaction is a retail purchase of a physical product and is not a charitable donation, contribution, zakat payment, or fundraising transaction.

3. Product and GST Classification

The product sold by Doniqo is a printed copy of the Holy Quran.

HSN: 4901

GST: The sale of printed books appropriately classified under HSN 4901 is subject to the applicable Nil rate of GST (0%), subject to applicable GST law and correct classification of the product.

Doniqo currently operates on the basis of its exclusive sale of such Nil-rated/exempt products and does not separately charge GST on the sale of the printed Quran copy.

Product specifications, edition, size, printing, cover, paper quality, and other characteristics may vary depending on the product or project displayed on the website.

4. Price

The price applicable to each Quran Gift is the price displayed on the respective product or project page at the time of purchase.

The displayed price is the amount payable for the Quran Gift, including delivery to the designated Masjid/Madarsa, unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product or project page.

No separate platform, service, fulfilment, commission, membership, subscription, or advertising charge is imposed on the customer in connection with the purchase unless expressly disclosed on the website.

Prices may vary between different Quran projects, editions, or product specifications.

5. Delivery Destination

The printed Quran copy purchased through Doniqo is generally not delivered to the customer’s residential address.

The purchased Quran copy is arranged for fulfilment to a Masjid or Madarsa from Doniqo’s scheduled project list or to another designated receiving institution specified for the applicable project.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that the purchased Quran copy will be fulfilled to the designated receiving institution associated with that order.

6. Scheduled Projects and Batch Fulfilment

Doniqo may maintain a scheduled list of Masjids and Madarsas for Quran fulfilment.

For operational efficiency, Doniqo may combine multiple orders into a batch or project for bulk procurement and/or dispatch.

The number of Quran copies included in a batch or project may vary depending on the applicable project requirements and orders received.

Depending on the fulfilment arrangement, a supplier or vendor may dispatch the Quran copies directly to the designated Masjid/Madarsa on Doniqo’s instructions.

7. Fulfilment Timeline

Doniqo normally aims to complete fulfilment within approximately 15 days from the order date.

In certain circumstances, including circumstances beyond Doniqo’s reasonable control, fulfilment may take longer. Doniqo generally aims to complete fulfilment within 30 days from the order date, subject to such circumstances.

The fulfilment timeline may vary depending on product availability, procurement, project requirements, receiving-institution coordination, logistics, transportation, supplier/vendor arrangements, or other circumstances beyond Doniqo’s reasonable control.

8. Fulfilment Records

Doniqo may maintain and, where appropriate, provide reasonable information or records relating to the fulfilment of an order. Such records may include, where available and considered appropriate:

– Photographs;
– Videos;
– Delivery records;
– Courier or transport records;
– Invoice or purchase records;
– Acknowledgment from the receiving institution; or
– Other relevant fulfilment records.

Not every fulfilment record will necessarily be available, collected, or provided for every order. The availability and disclosure of such records may depend on the circumstances of the fulfilment, the receiving institution, logistics providers, privacy considerations, and other relevant factors.

Selected fulfilment information may also be published in the Quran Fulfilment Report section of Doniqo.com.

Any fulfilment records or information provided by Doniqo are intended as supporting documentation or reporting of the fulfilment process and do not constitute a substitute for fulfilment of the purchased order.

9. Invoice

Doniqo provides an appropriate retail/commercial invoice or purchase document for purchases made through the website.

As the transaction is a retail purchase and not a charitable donation, Doniqo does not issue an 80G donation receipt or represent that the purchase qualifies for an 80G tax deduction.

10. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, mobile/WhatsApp number, and email address, where requested by Doniqo for order processing, payment processing, fulfilment, customer support, or order-related communication.

Doniqo may collect, use, store, and process customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11. Website and Project Information

Doniqo makes reasonable efforts to keep product, project, and fulfilment information accurate and updated.

Project schedules, receiving institutions, product availability, and other project details may change due to operational, logistical, procurement, or other legitimate requirements.

Where reasonably necessary, Doniqo may make appropriate adjustments to the fulfilment arrangement while seeking to ensure that the purchased Quran copy is fulfilled in accordance with the applicable order.

12. Intellectual Property

The Doniqo name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, videos, and other content available on Doniqo.com are owned by Doniqo, licensed to Doniqo, supplied with permission, or otherwise used in accordance with applicable rights.

Unless expressly permitted by Doniqo or applicable law, such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, or otherwise used for commercial or unauthorized purposes.

Some images or visual materials displayed on Doniqo.com may be AI-generated or used for illustrative purposes only, as stated in the applicable disclaimer. The use of such materials does not grant visitors any right or licence to reproduce or commercially use them.
