Nature of Contributions All contributions made on Doniqo are voluntary and are intended to support campaigns, causes, and requirements raised by NGOs and beneficiaries. As a general rule, all donations are non-refundable. 2. Donation Refund Policy Since donation amounts are transferred directly to the respective NGO, refunds are not guaranteed Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as: Duplicate transactions, Incorrect payment amount due to technical error, Failed transaction where amount was debited but not processed In such cases, users must contact Doniqo within 7 days of the transaction. 3. Platform Fee / Tip Refund Any platform fee, tip, or voluntary contribution made to Doniqo: Is generally non-refundable May be refunded only in case of accidental or duplicate payment, at Doniqo’s sole discretion 4. Campaign Cancellation or Changes In the event a campaign is: Cancelled, Modified, Unable to be executed Doniqo may: Redirect the contribution to a similar cause, or Coordinate with the NGO for appropriate utilization Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases 5. Processing of Refunds If a refund is approved: It will be processed to the original payment method The timeline may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 working days) 6. Payment Gateway Issues For issues related to: Payment failures, Delays, Transaction errors, Users may also need to contact the respective payment gateway provider 7. Fraud & Misuse Doniqo reserves the right to: Reject refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or fraud Investigate transactions before approving refunds 8.
