Doniqo aims to process every Quran Gift order efficiently and maintain a clear and transparent refund and cancellation process.

The printed copy or copies of the Holy Quran purchased through Doniqo are generally not delivered to the customer’s residential address. Instead, Doniqo arranges fulfilment of the purchased Quran copies to a designated Masjid or Madarsa from Doniqo’s scheduled project list or another designated receiving institution.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

A customer may contact Doniqo to request cancellation before the order has been dispatched or committed for fulfilment.

The cancellation request will be reviewed based on the current status of the order and the applicable circumstances.

If the cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will normally be processed to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the purchased Quran copy or copies have been dispatched to the designated Masjid/Madarsa or have entered the dispatch process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This is because the order has already entered the fulfilment process for delivery to the designated institution.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

3. Returns

The printed Quran copy or copies purchased through Doniqo are generally delivered to the designated Masjid/Madarsa and are not normally delivered to the customer.

Accordingly, ordinary customer returns are generally not applicable after the Quran copies have been dispatched for fulfilment.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

4. Fulfilment Timeline and Non-Completion

Doniqo normally aims to complete fulfilment within approximately 15 days from the order date.

In certain circumstances, including circumstances beyond Doniqo’s reasonable control, fulfilment may take longer. Doniqo generally aims to complete fulfilment within 30 days from the order date, subject to such circumstances.

The fulfilment timeline may vary depending on product availability, procurement, project requirements, receiving-institution coordination, logistics, transportation, supplier/vendor arrangements, or other circumstances beyond Doniqo’s reasonable control.

If the purchased Quran copy or copies have not been fulfilled within the applicable fulfilment period, the customer may contact Doniqo and request a refund.

The request will be reviewed based on the order status, available fulfilment records, and applicable circumstances.

If the refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method.

Fulfilment photographs, videos, delivery records, invoices, acknowledgments, or other records may be used as supporting evidence of the fulfilment process.

Not every fulfilment record will necessarily be available, collected, or provided for every order.

5. Duplicate Payment

If the same order amount is charged more than once due to a duplicate payment, the duplicate amount will be eligible for refund after verification.

Approved duplicate-payment refunds will normally be initiated within 7 working days, subject to payment-provider processing times.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, Doniqo will initiate the refund to the original payment method.

The refund may take approximately 7–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Retail Purchase — No Charitable Donation

Doniqo is an online retail seller of printed copies of the Holy Quran and is not an NGO, Trust, charitable organization, religious institution, or fundraising organization.

Purchases from Doniqo are retail purchases of physical printed Quran copies and are not charitable donations, contributions, zakat payments, or fundraising transactions.

Doniqo does not issue 80G donation receipts or represent that a Quran purchase qualifies for an 80G tax deduction.

9. Applicable Law

This Refund & Return Policy is subject to applicable laws and consumer-protection requirements in India.

Where any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right of a consumer, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
