2. Responsibility of NGO

The respective NGO is solely responsible for:
Procurement of items or services, Quality and suitability of materials, Storage, logistics, and transportation, Distribution to beneficiaries
Doniqo does not control or supervise these operational activities.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery or distribution timelines may vary depending on:
Location, Availability of materials, Logistics and operational constraints
Timelines displayed on campaigns (if any) are indicative only and not guaranteed

4. No Physical Delivery to Donors

Donors do not receive physical delivery of items
Contributions are made to support beneficiaries through NGOs

5. Proof of Fulfilment

NGOs may provide updates such as:
Photos, Videos, Distribution reports
These updates are shared for transparency but are not legally guaranteed deliverables

6. Delays & Unforeseen Events

Fulfilment may be delayed due to:
Weather conditions, Government restrictions, Supply chain disruptions, Local operational challenges
Doniqo shall not be liable for such delays.

7. Campaign Modifications

In certain cases, NGOs may:
Substitute items with similar alternatives
Adjust quantities based on practical requirements
Such changes are made to ensure effective utilization of contributions.

8. No Guarantee of Exact Usage

While NGOs aim to fulfill campaigns as described:
Doniqo does not guarantee exact item usage
Doniqo does not guarantee exact beneficiary outcomes
