Mr. Sayed Yusuf and the team at WRRC are helping rescued elephants heal after years of captivity, abuse and neglect. Many arrive with severe injuries, painful infections and emotional trauma after being forced into hard labour and isolation. At WRRC’s elephant sanctuary in Karnataka, they finally receive proper treatment, therapy, nutritious food and compassionate care.
