Important Information

Doniqo’s Quran Gift model is different from ordinary e-commerce home delivery.

The printed copy or copies of the Holy Quran purchased through Doniqo are generally not delivered to the customer’s residential address.

Instead, Doniqo arranges fulfilment of the purchased Quran copies to a designated Masjid or Madarsa from Doniqo’s scheduled project list or another designated receiving institution.

1. Order Confirmation

After a customer places an order, Doniqo records the order and begins the fulfilment process.

Order confirmation may be provided through the customer’s registered mobile number, WhatsApp number, or email address.

2. Scheduled Project

Doniqo may maintain a scheduled list of Masjids and Madarsas for Quran fulfilment.

The customer’s purchased Quran copy or copies may be assigned to the next applicable project according to Doniqo’s fulfilment schedule.

3. Batch Fulfilment

For efficient bulk fulfilment, Doniqo may combine multiple Quran orders into a single project or batch.

The number of Quran copies in each batch may vary depending on the applicable project requirements and orders received.

Doniqo may coordinate the orders and arrange bulk procurement and/or dispatch through its supplier/vendor to the designated Masjid/Madarsa.

4. Dispatch

Printed Quran copies may be dispatched in bulk directly by Doniqo’s supplier/vendor to the designated Masjid/Madarsa through courier, transport, or another suitable delivery method.

The supplier/vendor may receive only the delivery details of the designated Masjid/Madarsa necessary to complete the dispatch.

The customer’s personal information is not provided to the supplier/vendor for this institutional delivery purpose.

5. Fulfilment Timeline

Doniqo normally aims to complete fulfilment within approximately 15 days from the order date.

In certain circumstances, including circumstances beyond Doniqo’s reasonable control, fulfilment may take longer. Doniqo generally aims to complete fulfilment within 30 days from the order date, subject to such circumstances.

The fulfilment timeline may vary depending on product availability, procurement, project requirements, receiving-institution coordination, logistics, transportation, supplier/vendor arrangements, or other circumstances beyond Doniqo’s reasonable control.

6. Possible Delays

Fulfilment may be affected by circumstances including:

– Masjid/Madarsa holidays;
– Examination periods;
– Institutional schedules;
– Courier or transportation delays;
– Remote-area delivery;
– Weather or other logistical conditions;
– Product availability;
– Supplier/vendor-related circumstances; or
– Other circumstances beyond Doniqo’s reasonable control.

Doniqo will make reasonable efforts to complete fulfilment as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Delivery Charges

The price displayed for the Quran Gift is the amount payable for the Quran Gift, including delivery to the designated Masjid/Madarsa, unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product or project page.

No separate delivery, fulfilment, platform, or service charge is added to the displayed product price.

8. Fulfilment Records

Doniqo may maintain and, where appropriate, provide reasonable information or records relating to fulfilment.

Such records may include, where available and considered appropriate:

– Distribution photographs;
– Distribution videos;
– Delivery confirmation;
– Courier or transport records;
– Invoice or purchase records;
– Acknowledgment from the receiving institution; or
– Other relevant fulfilment records.

Not every fulfilment record will necessarily be available, collected, or provided for every order.

The availability and disclosure of such records may depend on the circumstances of the fulfilment, the receiving institution, logistics providers, privacy considerations, and other relevant factors.

Selected fulfilment information may be shared with customers through WhatsApp or email and/or published through the Quran Fulfilment Report section of Doniqo.com.

Fulfilment records are intended as supporting documentation or reporting of the fulfilment process and do not constitute a substitute for fulfilment of the purchased order.

9. Photographs and Videos

Doniqo may collect photographs or videos of Quran fulfilment and distribution.

Such photographs or videos may include individuals at the receiving Masjid/Madarsa.

Due to privacy, consent, institutional restrictions, or practical circumstances, photographs or videos may not always be available in the same format for every project.

Where appropriate, Doniqo may blur or obscure identifiable individuals before public publication.

10. Quran Fulfilment Report

Doniqo may publish project and fulfilment information on its website for transparency and fulfilment reporting.

The Quran Fulfilment Report may contain information such as:

– Project name or details;
– Receiving Masjid/Madarsa;
– Number of Quran copies fulfilled;
– Distribution photographs or videos;
– Invoice or purchase records;
– Delivery or acknowledgment records; and
– Other relevant fulfilment information.

Doniqo will avoid publicly disclosing customers’ personal information except where permitted or required by applicable law.

11. Change of Project

Doniqo may update or change its scheduled project list when reasonably necessary due to operational, institutional, procurement, or logistical circumstances.

Where reasonably necessary, an order may be fulfilled through another suitable designated Masjid/Madarsa from Doniqo’s scheduled project list.

Doniqo will seek to ensure that the purchased Quran copy or copies are fulfilled in accordance with the applicable order and fulfilment arrangement.
